Chocolate Dipped Macaroon Cookie

Our homemade coconut Macaroon cookie is AMAZING!

We cook it to toasty perfection so that the outside is crunchy...but the inside is oh, so, soft and delicious!  We then dip that in our chocolate....either milk or dark chocolate.  

Get a few...they are pretty big, but you don't want to have to share yours!
